Andy Mills has an academic background in Community Economic Development and an interest in sustainable transportation and urban development. He was a City appointed member of the Kingston Environmental Advisory Forum from 2004 to 2006 and sat as chair of the Climate Change Action Plan committee. Mr. Mills has varied experience in the not-for-profit sector and owns his own consulting firm offering grant proposal writing and strategic guidance for non-profits. He participated as a community stakeholder for the City’s Transportation Master Plan and Cycling and Pathways Study, and is a graduate of CAN-BIKE II.
