Hal Cain is a counselor, educator and researcher in Rehabilitation Therapy. He has been a bicycle user for over 40 years, as a tourist and as a commuter in communities across North America. Dr. Cain was the Safety Director of the Velo Halifax Bicycle Club, and was the Cycling Representative of the Parking, Traffic, and Safety Committee at Ohio State University. He was also the Cycling Representative on the Alternative Transportation Committee of the City of Logan, Utah. Dr. Cain was the Co-Founder and President of the Cache Valley Veloists Bicycle Touring Club, Logan, Utah. He moved with his wife Rosemary to Kingston in 2004 to accept teaching positions at Queen's University, and he is currently the Tour Director for the Kingston Velo Club, as well as a cycling representative on the Kingston Committee for Active Transportation (KCAT).
