Summer Scavenger Hunt
July 26th-29th, Downtown Kingston

Put your searching and cycling skills to the test and join Cycle Kingston for a Summer Cycling Scavenger Hunt. Cycling Ambassadors Emily and Zorian will conduct a short 'how to' session, including some tips to make your hunt a success. Complete the hunt and win a GREAT prize! Participants of all ages are welcome, and the registration fee is by donation.

Scouts Canada Bike Swap & Rodeo
April 30th, Constantine Arena, RMC Kingston 10:00am-4:00pm
Cycle Kingston will be assisting the Loyalist Area Scouts conduct this bike rodeo, which is open to all. More information about this event is available here.
Sécurité Jeunesse/Youth Safety Day 2011
May 7th, Thompson Drill Hall, CFB Kingston 10:00am to 1:30pm
Cycle Kingston will once again be attending Sécurité Jeunesse / Youth Safety Day, providing a small course for young children to practice their cycling skills. Great prizes to be won!
This free event, hosted by Club optimiste Frontenac BFC, is open to everyone.


Rolling On The Runway

Make the trip to Kingston Airport for a chance to taxi your bike down the tarmac. Cycle Kingston will once again this year be offering bicycle pre-ride check ups and safety tips to help make sure you have a safe journey.
North Princess Communities in Action Health & Safety Fair
May 28th, 2011 10:00am-1:00pm
Bring the kids out to the Wally Elmer Community Centre, 50 MacCauley St, to give them the opportunity to practice their safety skills on a mini cycling course.

About Cycle Kingston
Cycle Kingston is a grassroots, registered Canadian charity whose mandate is to promote and encourage cycling in Kingston through education and public outreach.
Our focus is on making cycling education available to as many people as possible by using different methods (such as courses, class presentations, media advertising, etc.) so that people will become empowered to learn to ride safely and more inclined to make the choice to cycle.

Cycle Kingston membership is just $5. By joining, you help us keep issues that matter to cyclists as part of the discussion on a growing and evolving Kingston.
